New Releases in December 2017

I’ve been starting to track releases of books that I REALLY want.  As in, I have probably pre-ordered these things and am waiting anxiously for them to drop into my Kindle.  So…what’s up for December 2017?  What will I be reviewing?  What am I just really wanting to read?  Here’s the line-up!  You can click on the images to go to Amazon and reserve your copy!

Curse of the Sea by A.K. Koonce & Nikki Hunter

Release Date:  December 05, 2017
This is book 2 in the serial that I reviewed earlier.  The one that’s like a brand new fairytale!  I’m lucky enough to get an advance copy of this one, too.  You can find my review of it on Goodreads and Amazon, soon!

The Blaze (The Succubus Studies Pt 2, Succubus Bargain pt 7) by L. L. Frost
(Link coming as soon as available)

Release Date: December 05, 2017
This is my feel good quickie.  It’s a serial that comes out on the 5th of every month and really just makes me happy to read.  It’s a super short and fun reverse harem about the ins and outs of being a succubus with morals.

Just One Time by KS Hunter

Release Date:  Dec 07, 2017 (review and blog tour)
This is a psychological thriller about a man who cheats on his wife to get a crazy stalker off his back…but we all know that you don’t feed the trolls!

Look for my review here on December 2!

Dawning Ascent by Jen L. Grey

Release Date: December 07, 2017
This is the first novel in the Pearson Prophecy Series, a new fantasy series by a new author.  See what I thought about it on Dec 7!

Ashen by Katherine Bogle

Review Date:  December 8, 2017
This young adult fantasy novel is a continuation of Katherine Bogle’s Chronicles of Warshard collection.  It’s available now, but look for my review!

Elusion by Zoe Parker

Review Date:  December 12, 2017
This one is already out and you can grab it by clicking the link above.  However, my review of this amazing debut novel can be found here on December 12!  Just in time for the release of the second book in this series later this month.

Claimed by Laxmi Hariharan

Review Date:  December 14, 2017
This is book 4 in Harihan’s Many Lives series.  It’s available now, but look for my review on December 14.

Allison’s Adventures in Underland by C.M. Stunich

Release Date:  December 17, 2017
Not gonna lie.  All it takes is the hint of an Alice in Wonderland re-write to get me hooked.  I blame American McGee.  If you don’t know who he is, let me know.  I’ll be happy to enlighten you.  A reverse harem rewrite has all the makings of being epic or an epic fail, but I’m seriously looking forward to seeing how this pans out.  I’ve already pre-ordered my copy.  Have you?

Wild Fire by Kristen Banet

Release Date: December 17, 2017
This is book 2 in the Kingson Pride series by Kristen Banet.  It’s a shifter RH, and the first book was good.  The second book blows it out of the water.  Even though I was gifted a copy, I’ve pre-ordered one as well.  There will most likely be a review.  It’s gritty and intense and I highly recommend it.

Queen Takes King by Joely Sue Burkhart

Release Date:  December 18, 2017
This week is going to be brutal on the checkbook.  Another one I’ve already pre-ordered.  It’s been a long long long long time since I’ve been excited about vampires, but Burkhart has really gone outside the box on this one.  You can see my review of Queen Takes Knights, book one in this series, here:

The Wife Between Us by Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen

Review Date: December 19, 2017
Release Date:  January 9, 2018
Another psychological thriller that I will be reviewing in December, though its release isn’t until January.

The Hookup by Kristen Ashley

Release Date:  December 19, 2017
I have a soft spot for Kristen Ashley.  Pretty much all her romances, PNR and contemporary, have found a place in my reading lists.  She’s a solid author with a lot of great stories.

Operation: Endgame by Pip Ballantine & Tee Morris

Release Date:  December 26, 2017
This is the last adventure in the Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences for Agents Books and Braun.  That makes me sad, but this is one of my favorite steampunk series ever and I’m really looking forward to reading more!

Ascension by Zoe Parker

Release Date:  December 29, 2017
Check out the second installment in the Facets of Feyrie series by new author Zoe Parker!  I’m excited to see more from Iza and Phobe…and Jameson is sort of growing on me like a fungus.

Polarity of Us by K.B. Ladnier

Release Date:  December 29, 2017
I’m looking forward to this one.  It’s a PNR about two broken hearts finding each other.  I have been reading Ladnier’s RH PNR serials and am excited to see more from her!
